Please only submit this Afterhours RightFax Support form if you are:

  1. Experiencing a critical, SEV1 – System Down issue, and
  2. You are authorized to approve additional charges.

Minimum Charge: $3,000.00

Please be advised that afterhours support is limited to break / fix of Server Down issues only. We will address your acute issue and ensure that your system is able to send / receive faxes. If necessary, additional troubleshooting and root cause analysis will take place during normal business hours.

Our normal business hours are Monday – Friday from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern.

Customers with 24/7 Support

If the root cause of your issue is due to customer initiated upgrades / changes to the RighFax system or related subsystems, your request may be deemed Emergency Professional Services and be subject to additional charges.
